What you will do

• Lead and coach development teams in building and maintaining scalable automated test suites using Playwright.
• Design and implement robust UI and API automation frameworks with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Drive the overall test strategy and quality standards to align engineering and product teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Perform complex exploratory testing and identify risks early in the requirements phase.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentor teams on engineering quality practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation with a focus on modern web technologies.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Playwright.
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching engineering teams.
• Solid experience with API test automation and a good working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and BrowserStack.
• Deep understanding of QA fundamentals, test design, and defect prevention.
