Software Test Engineer

TL;DR

Software Test Engineer (Automotive Connectivity): Responsible for manual and automated tests of newly developed Connectivity module with an accent on requirement review, test case writing, and defect reporting. Focus on executing tests on partially-emulated systems, developing automated tests using Robot Framework, and managing test bench setup.

Location: Lodz, Poland. Flexible work environment allowing full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a hirify.global or customer location.

What you will do

• Review and analyze requirements
• Participate in discussions with technical experts
• Write test cases based on requirements
• Execute tests on partially-emulated systems
• Write automated tests using Robot Framework
• Report defects and capture traces/artifacts
• Manage test bench setup and upkeep

Requirements

• Fluent English (B2+)
• Experience in testing
• ISTQB knowledge
• Basic Linux skills
• Basic hardware skills
• Basic experience with Python / Robot Framework
• Good communication

• Experience with Vector Tools
• Experience with embedded software
• Experience with ASPICE projects
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with IBM ALM
