TL;DR

Location: Hybrid with at least 8 days/month onsite in Bucharest, Romania. Must be based in Romania or able to commute to office regularly.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered legal workflows and Libra Assistants in collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and clients.
• Engage directly with clients to understand legal use cases and configure tailored AI solutions.
• Support customer pilots and proofs-of-concept adapting AI to real legal documents and workflows.
• Create educational content for Libra Academy to promote user adoption.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve AI prompt quality and domain coverage.
• Stay updated on legal tech and AI trends to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in private practice or in-house legal roles.
• Romanian language skills required.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and legal innovation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
