What you will do

• Serve as a customer-focused leader to represent the user voice throughout the development process.
• Bridge the gap between development teams and customers by gathering requirements and prioritizing features.
• Create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate the product vision.
• Analyze key product metrics and customer behavior data to drive informed decisions.
• Manage the product backlog and development processes using JIRA.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Proven experience in igaming, betting, gambling, or programmatic bidding platforms.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Ability to define and measure business value strategically.
• Must be based in Poland, Latam, Moldova, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Scrum certifications from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org.
• Prior experience working in an international environment.
