• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand position requirements.
• Utilize online channels to source candidates and build candidate pipelines.
• Use advanced sourcing methods to engage passive candidates.
• Efficiently manage and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Actively participate in the international Talent Acquisition and Sourcing community, shaping the future of sourcing at Zühlke.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for working in an international environment within a diverse team.
• Proficiency in utilizing job boards and professional social networking sites for sourcing.
