What you will do

• Work with a mentor on real-world customer problems across security, operations, asset management, and risk management.
• Contribute to triaging technical issues, engaging with customers, and conducting root cause analysis on live production implementations.
• Support security efforts including forensics, cyber threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Assist customers with platform and module adoption, upgrades, and automation tasks.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Engineers on case support and special projects.
• Develop deep understanding of hirify.global technology and document best practices and reports.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland now and in the future
• Available full-time from July 1 to September 30, 2026
• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about troubleshooting and customer experience.
• Able to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail.
