Salary: 3000–6000 EUR/month (Lithuanian market), 17200–33000 PLN/month (Polish market).

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Automate routine IAM tasks to achieve scalable and efficient practices.
• Implement and manage controls such as SSO systems and MFA.
• Manage user provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Ensure secure user access, authentication, and authorization mechanisms for systems, applications, and data.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Warsaw with flexibility for Work From Anywhere.
• Extensive experience with IAM solutions and cloud-based IAM security.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM.
• Deep knowledge of RBAC and ABAC models.
• Experience with API security and CI/CD integration.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Identity Federation and federated identity solutions.
• Experience with Zero Trust security models and IAM governance tools.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions and network security principles related to IAM.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NISTCSF, CIS Controls, and relevant certifications.
