What you will do

• Develop and maintain physical security strategies, policies, and procedures for Poland operations.
• Manage daily security operations and emergency responses across all company offices.
• Plan and implement security upgrades, conduct risk assessments, and lead prevention programs.
• Lead and develop the local security team, providing training and performance management.
• Oversee access control systems, visitor management, and surveillance (CCTV, alarms, panic buttons).
• Coordinate incident responses with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military, including managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis, emergency management, and security systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• English: Fluency required.
• Must be based in Poland.
