What you will do

• Build and run a security program covering vulnerability management, security testing, incident response, and secure SDLC aligned with platform releases.
• Define and implement security controls for platform foundations including identity, integrations, telemetry, billing, and administrative UX.
• Lead enterprise security review readiness, documentation, and customer-facing security assurance.
• Partner with sales and professional services to support enterprise rollouts and compliance at speed.
• Build and mentor a lean security team and establish decision frameworks and KPIs for security priorities.

Requirements

• Senior experience leading platform or product security for cloud or developer tooling platforms
• Strong hands-on skills in threat modeling, secure architecture, identity and access control, secret management, sandboxing, and supply chain security.
• Experience building security programs supporting enterprise adoption including compliance and incident readiness.
• Comfort operating in early-stage, evolving product contexts with ability to define security systems during product development.
• Hybrid work format (#LI-HYBRID) with presence in specified European offices
