What you will do

• Process and review invoices according to company procedures.
• Verify invoice approvals and resolve accounts payable issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized daily task environment.
• Follow policies and procedures to meet targets and metrics.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
• English language: B2 level written and spoken.
• Spanish language: minimum B1 level written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• Basic accounting knowledge is desirable.
