Location: London, Newbury, or Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom with hybrid work (2-3 days in office per week)

What you will do
- Define and implement knowledge and content governance frameworks for AI systems and LLMs.
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks leveraging automation for consistency and reliability.
- Lead strategy for AI knowledge management including RAG, multimodal AI, and Graph RAG implementations.
- Integrate CRM knowledge into AI workflows to enhance personalization and customer experience.
- Manage content ingestion pipelines and oversee and Three Help sites to increase self-service.
- Lead and develop a team of specialists, fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (London, Newbury, or Stoke-on-Trent) with hybrid work model.
- Proven experience in content and knowledge management in AI-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of AI structures, LLMs, and advanced AI concepts such as RAG and multimodal AI.
- Experience building automated data quality frameworks and strong analytical skills.
- Leadership experience managing specialists and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM-based knowledge systems and AI workflow integration.
