What you will do

• Lead a large global Salesforce development team to maximize feature throughput and delivery velocity.
• Manage delivery of complex Apex and Flow-based logic integrating with multiple critical systems.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between global business owners and development teams.
• Leverage DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and architectural integrity in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience with 5+ years in delivery or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Experience leading large distributed Agile/Scrum teams (20+ developers).
• Exceptional English fluency required for global stakeholder communication.
