What you will do

• Design visual assets for landing pages, paid ads, CRM campaigns, and SMM.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for video promos and social content.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate production and enhance creative ideation.
• Manage end-to-end visual projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Maintain and evolve existing brand guidelines for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to develop strong visual concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design within marketing or product teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing visuals and motion design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong motion design skills using After Effects.
• AI-native mindset with experience in generative AI for workflow automation.
• English proficiency B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience using expressions and templates in After Effects.
