What you will do

• Provide legal support for fintech product development, launch, and growth, ensuring compliance with financial services and consumer protection laws.
• Draft and review product and corporate legal documents including user agreements, shareholder agreements, and board minutes.
• Adapt products to meet regulatory requirements across Asian jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with product, development, compliance, and marketing teams on legal matters.
• Assist with corporate governance, acquisitions, group structuring, and corporate compliance.
• Advise senior leadership and coordinate with external advisors and regulators on corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of legal experience including minimum 2 years in fintech, banking, or microfinance.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of credit product regulation, financial services law, and corporate law.
• Ability to work under uncertainty and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills and business-oriented mindset.
• Relocation to the Philippines is required.
