— 1–2 years of experience in HR
— Strong English skills (required)
— Experience managing HR processes (contracts, documentation, policies)
— Experience conducting 1:1 meetings
— Experience with performance evaluations and feedback cycles
— Recruiting & talent acquisition experience
— Strong multitasking skills
— Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate improvements
— Comfortable working in an international remote team
