Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected.

Salary: $157,590—$185,400 USD

What you will do

• Drive client acquisition primarily targeting prosumers/advanced retail traders.
• Work with Marketing and Product managers to increase awareness of hirify.global's Advance Trading capabilities and derivatives offering.
• Educate and bring on customers onto hirify.global’s derivatives platform.
• Drive client acquisition and manage a portfolio of VIP global clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver outstanding service solutions and a superior client experience.
• Work alongside product teams to further develop our product and make it number one in the asset class.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in a technical environment (ideally fintech, capital markets).
• 3+ years of experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, advanced/sophisticated individual investors and traders.
• Broad understanding of derivative markets and products, along with experience in providing solutions to clients’ needs.
• Passionate about the rapidly evolving crypto industry, with a commitment to staying current on the latest trends and innovations.
• Series 3 license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

• Advanced crypto trading knowledge.
• Active in crypto focused social channels like X, Discord or Telegram.
• Good knowledge of marketing tactics and outreach used by competitors in the crypto market.
