What you will do
- Drive the team’s efforts to generate and qualify leads aligned to company growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define target market segments.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs.
- Develop and refine sales development strategies to support long-term pipeline health.
- Leverage AI-enabled sales engagement and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or SDR leadership/manager role, preferably within SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales development strategies, tools, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
