What you will do

• Design and develop robust software architectures across the stack to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Explore and solve complex technical challenges including AI and large-scale data processing.
• Deploy projects and monitor their impact in collaboration with Product and Data teams.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical discussions.
• Collaborate strategically with Product and Operations teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
• Continuously improve team processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; French is not mandatory.
• Remote work allowed primarily in France and Spain.
• Proven technical excellence with experience in top-tier projects, entrepreneurial or open-source background, or strong academic credentials.
• Fullstack mindset with ability to work across multiple domains and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ownership and drive to deliver high-impact solutions.
