What you will do
- Lead design and development of a web-based cybersecurity platform ensuring security, scalability, and high performance
- Own delivery end-to-end from architecture to production readiness and maintainability
- Provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and guide architectural decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of ownership and excellence
- Design and implement frontend and backend systems using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of full-stack development experience with secure, scalable applications
- Proven technical leadership experience as Team Lead or senior engineer
- Strong startup mindset with proactive ownership in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and databases (Postgres, MongoDB)
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud DevOps
- Excellent English communication skills
