Location: Even though hubs are in France, the UK, and the US, this is a global remote position.

What you will do

• Develop and own features of the core product, from design to implementation and testing.
• Contribute to the technical architecture and implement end-to-end features, from data models to UI development.
• Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes.
• Design, build, and operate AI agent systems and AI-powered product features with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Participate actively in team meetings, review code changes, and lead technical design of significant features.
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure, automating and improving development and release processes.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience as a software developer in either frontend or backend development.
• Deep knowledge of high-level programming languages like Python, Ruby, Scala, and JS.
• Can demonstrate that your work had a significant impact on the product.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities.
• Experience as a technical leader of a team.
• Experience working on AI-driven products in production environments is a strong plus.
