What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle development of ads lift measurement features including design, implementation, deployment, and reliability.
• Enhance core products like Split Test, Conversion Lift, and Brand Lift to improve advertiser capabilities.
• Build automated data validation, randomization integrity checks, and continuous verification systems.
• Collaborate on long-term technical vision and strategy for Ads Lift Measurement.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team technical growth.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art products and adapt innovations to hirify.global's platform.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Deep understanding of system design, algorithms, data structures, and experimentation methodology including causal measurement.
• Domain knowledge in ads technology and large-scale data-intensive systems.
• Ability to lead ambiguous problem solving and mentor other engineers.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ads Lift Measurements engineering.
• Experience coordinating large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Scala, JavaScript, and ML development principles.
