What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and ship scalable technical solutions across multiple hirify.global services.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support team growth and code quality.
- Own system health and quality, participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Write architecture briefs, proposals, and conduct code experiments.
- Design and implement APIs and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive technical solutions.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely from the US.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with large-scale system architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure and Cosmos DB.
- Strong collaboration skills with product management, design, and engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts.
- Experience operating Cosmos DB clusters at scale.
