What you will do

• Lead design and development of services and features transforming the supplier platform and data model.
• Balance quality and speed while working on company-level priorities.
• Mentor developing engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Security, Product, Operations, and other teams.
• Build meaningful software in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of professional experience focused on backend development using Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and building relational data models and APIs.
• Quality mindset with automated testing, clean code, code reviews, and CI/CD basics.
• Practical experience with feature flags, telemetry, and safe rollout techniques.
• Collaborative approach to turning ambiguous problems into iterative, measurable outcomes.
