Salary: $138,000–$221,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable features in menu management products through full-stack development with backend focus.
  • Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Champion best practices for development, deployment, and quality life-cycles.
  • Contribute to internal libraries and share best practices across engineering teams.
  • Mentor and coach peer engineers to support their growth and development.
  • Plan and estimate work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US or able to work US time zones.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar object-oriented languages.
  • Proficient with modern API standards such as REST and GraphQL.
  • Experience with relational databases, distributed systems, enterprise messaging, and microservices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
