Transformation Manager (Microsoft)

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle Microsoft implementations including planning, design, and build phases
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
• Configure applications, conduct unit testing, and provide post-production support
• Create training materials and conduct training classes for user adoption
• Participate in process design, prototyping, testing, and defining support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to attend office or client site at least two days per week
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 4 years consulting experience with at least 4 full life cycle Microsoft implementations
• Industry recognized professional certification required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
