What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for SQL user experience across web editors, IDEs, CLI, APIs, and agent-driven query generation.
• Lead development of AI-augmented SQL features including natural language to SQL, query explanation, and trust mechanisms.
• Ensure consistent and coherent SQL UX across browser UI, notebooks, agent interfaces, APIs, and command line.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on UX outcomes.
• Measure and improve key metrics such as time to first query, adoption rates, and AI-assisted SQL usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely from the US.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience with ownership of UX-centric products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including design, content, and engineering.
• Experience in complex, multi-product or platform environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in enterprise, SaaS, or platform products.
