What you will do

• Develop a vision and strategy for your product domain, owning the product's roadmap and market research.
• Collaborate with Grafana leadership to fine-tune product goals and represent user needs to Engineering.
• Drive integration of the Knowledge Graph across Grafana Cloud products to ensure full functionality.
• Define integration contracts for KG Insights and lead UX improvements for clarity and actionability.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to enable go-to-market strategies and product differentiation.
• Make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering based on deep product expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS products.
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products with sound UX in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Systems-level thinker who understands platform leverage and architectural tradeoffs.
• Experience using or building observability products (SRE background preferred).
• Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies.
• Experience with agents, telemetry collectors, or OpenTelemetry protocols.
