What you will do

• Serve as product manager for the internal contract system balancing global and regional needs.
• Lead overseas deployment projects ensuring regional compliance.
• Drive development of role permissions and data dashboard modules to enhance user experience.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize the system for a global user base.
• Enhance collaboration in contract drafting, negotiation, approval, and signing processes ensuring security and compliance.
• Define product metrics, monitor performance, and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA, United States
• Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields with 2 years related experience, or Bachelor's with 5 years progressive experience.
• At least 2 years experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven business strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in product data analysis, modeling, dashboard creation, and product planning.
• Strong communication skills to manage requirements and data across geographic regions.
