TL;DR

Strategy Manager (Digital): Leading and coordinating digital adoption and customer success initiatives across teams in the Americas with an accent on strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Onsite in the United States (Chicago, Peoria, Cary, Irving)

Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

  • Support development of digital go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Shape leadership discussions by providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Organize and collaborate with Digital Adoption and Customer Success teams.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and track action items.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate leadership input and represent Director in meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Extensive project management experience including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Strong skills in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives).
  • College degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
