Salary: £58,810 - £80,190 per annum

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tooling system components
• Develop multithreaded, performance-optimized C++ code for hardware interfacing, network protocols, and audio/video processing
• Participate in field testing and support live event deployments
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to design decisions
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Partner with product teams and customers to refine solutions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid with office presence in Basingstoke, Bristol, or London
• Proficiency in modern C++ (up to C++20)
• Experience with multithreaded, performance-optimized code
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, debugging workflows
• Knowledge of Qt, FFmpeg, OpenGL, or audio processing tools
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS
• Passion for sport or experience in high-performance environments
