What you will do

• Write high-quality, performant Go code for new microservices and migrate legacy services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to design technical solutions from requirements.
• Optimize systems for responsiveness, low latency, and reliability under heavy load.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code using TDD, DDD, CI/CD.

Requirements

• 3+ years (5+ for seniors) building scalable backend services
• Strongest language (Go preferred; Python, C++, Java, Ruby OK); engineering fundamentals
• In-depth knowledge of relational/NoSQL DBs (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• 1+ year hands-on with mapping/geospatial: noisy data processing, map-matching, road graphs, routing

Nice to have

• Driver-side navigation intuition (rerouting, GPS drift, edge cases)
• Experience with OSRM or open geospatial datasets like OpenStreetMap
• C++ proficiency
