Senior Strategist

TL;DR

Senior Strategist: Supporting a major platform consolidation program for a global business services provider with an accent on comprehensive discovery, research, and strategic insight development. Focus on conducting qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, and translating findings into actionable product and experience strategies.

Location: Must be willing to conduct in-person research or task shadowing at the client’s Chicago office or other U.S. locations

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including stakeholder interviews and task shadowing
• Identify pain points and synthesize insights into frameworks, journeys, and points of view
• Translate research findings into actionable design and product inputs
• Support user testing, concept validation, and workshops
• Develop personas and user journeys reflecting research findings
• Partner with stakeholders to map opportunities onto a roadmap aligned with program goals

Requirements

• 4–6 years of strategy experience in digital creative agencies or innovation consultancies
• Experience in B2B categories, ideally professional services
• Strong qualitative research skills including observational research and task shadowing
• Willingness to conduct in-person research at client locations in the U.S.
• Location requirement: Must be able to work onsite in Chicago or other U.S. locations as needed
• Confidence in client-facing discussions and presentations
