What you will do

• Lead site experience strategy and optimization to improve customer journeys, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Own and execute experimentation initiatives (A/B and multivariate testing) to identify opportunities and drive measurable impact.
• Analyze site performance data and customer behavior to generate insights and build reporting dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Global Product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Optimize site content, merchandising, navigation, and personalization efforts to align with brand standards and SEO best practices.
• Oversee technical execution and site operations, including QA, troubleshooting, and CMS governance.

Requirements

• Approx 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, site experience, or website design.
• Deep knowledge of how to drive conversion and education on websites.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and driving KPI improvement.
• Strong experience in consumer journey mapping, with the ability to build intricate audiences and user segments.
• A data-obsessed mindset, including creating Excel reports and pivot tables.
• Ability to work well and influence others.
