What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to streamline NOC and SOC operational tasks and monitoring
- Implement automation pipelines using scripting, orchestration, RPA, and machine learning technologies
- Develop SOAR playbooks for automated investigation and response of network and security events
- Integrate automation with enterprise tools including Splunk, network monitoring, ticketing, and cloud services
- Build dashboards and automated reports for operational visibility and KPI tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with network, security, application, and cloud teams to align automation with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT automation engineering experience or equivalent
- Must be able to maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be located in or authorized to work remotely within the United States
- Experience with Splunk, SOAR, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and automation tools
- Familiarity with network, security, and application environments
