What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure components across network, identity, and endpoint systems.
• Manage and enhance the MDM landscape for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including patch and lifecycle management.
• Implement automation, workflows, and integrations across tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, or Atlassian.
• Troubleshoot complex issues (2nd/3rd level) and support IT projects, migrations, and rollouts.
• Strengthen security, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in at least two of the following: Google Workspace, Okta (especially Workflows), Zscaler, or Atlassian.
• Experience with automation/scripting (e.g., Python, GoogleScript, JavaScript, Powershell).
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance.
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong English skills to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
