Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate product roadmap into detailed features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and backlog refinement sessions.
• Act as liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog to meet business and regulatory objectives.
• Document complex product requirements and maintain them in requirement management systems.
• Contribute to corporate procedures related to requirement management and system engineering.

Requirements

• Must reside in Chicago, IL or nearby surrounding area.
• 5+ years of software engineering or product development experience, with 3+ years in project delivery roles.
• Experience in Agile development and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong technical understanding of requirements methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Experience in medical device or regulated healthcare industry with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Figma for UI design review.
