Technical Product Owner

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and refinement sessions with cross-functional development teams.
• Transform complex business and regulatory objectives into clear technical requirements.
• Liaise between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet PI objectives.
• Review UI designs and maintain requirement documentation across platforms.
• Define and contribute to corporate procedures regarding system engineering and requirements management.

Requirements

• Must physically reside in Chicago, IL or the surrounding area.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or product development.
• 3+ years of experience in a project delivery role.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Proven knowledge of medical device industry regulations or similar highly regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps/TFS and experience reviewing designs in Figma.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience in documenting complex system architectures.
