What you will do

• Write production-level Python code and design scalable systems.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives focusing on generative AI technologies.
• Influence engineers and C-level stakeholders as a thought leader.
• Manage and lead over 60 engineers across multiple time zones.
• Implement DevSecOps practices and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security controls.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code tools.

Requirements

• Must have 15+ years of technology experience and 8+ years architecting large-scale platforms
• 5+ years experience in cloud platforms with focus on Generative AI
• Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or C# with AI/ML frameworks knowledge.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and secrets management.
• Must be located in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud and cloud-agnostic security solutions.
• Expertise in Kubernetes security and service mesh technologies.
• Familiarity with API security protocols like OAuth/OIDC.
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Azure Semantic Kernel, AWS Bedrock, and open-source AI frameworks.
