What you will do

• Define interaction, behavior, and workflows for web applications emphasizing AI native experiences.
• Create and iterate on mock-ups, prototypes, specs, and visual assets like graphics and icons.
• Collaborate with global product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver valuable features balancing requirements and constraints.
• Build rapid prototypes for user testing and conduct user research, synthesizing results for stakeholders.
• Explore a broad range of design solutions using industry standards and new technologies.
• Contribute to and leverage hirify.global’s design system for cohesive product experiences.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI and UX design and documentation.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• BA, BS, or BFA degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in ALM, PLM, or other industrial software.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience designing accessible applications.
