What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility across product areas.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, researchers, and content designers to define problems and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Work with autonomy and accountability, navigating ambiguity, framing design questions, and making thoughtful decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing as needed, with coordination support from the centralized UX research team.
• Lead or participate in design-thinking workshops to explore opportunities, align teams, and generate solutions.
• Leverage emerging tools and AI workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and content generation.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of modern design systems.
• A self-starting, problem-solving mindset with comfort working in uncertain or evolving spaces.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation methods.
• Interest and deep familiarity with AI-enabled design tools, content automation, and emerging design methods.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and how to apply them in your work.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
