User Experience Designer

TL;DR

User Experience Designer (UI/UX): Leads web experience usability processes and practices for websites, software UI, and mobile experiences with an accent on user research, analysis, and actionable recommendations. Location: Hybrid (US), with remote and in-person usability testing. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $64,800–$73,725 per year

What you will do

• Conduct user research and analysis, presenting actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify industry and emerging trends through market and user research to recommend new products and features.
• Collaborate with UX design, product management, and marketing teams to define research topics and priorities.
• Design and execute testing scenarios and user studies according to research objectives.
• Conduct various qualitative and quantitative research methods for generative and evaluative purposes.
• Identify, analyze, and advocate for user personas’ needs, goals, tasks, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design, Computer Human Interaction or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in UX research, UX design, voice of the customer, or market research.
• Strong technical mastery of Figma and Adobe.
• Demonstrated experience with UX research tools (CrazyEgg, UserTesting, Heatmaps) and work management platforms (Monday.com).
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and productive user feedback sessions.
• Working knowledge of quantitative evaluation methods, behavioral analysis, and statistics.
• Portfolio required, including visual and UX process examples.
