What you will do

• Design and build new features for the hirify.global Hub and other AI developer tools.
• Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations, marketing, and company branding.
• Lead UI/UX design for product features, marketing landing pages, and merchandise store.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and head of design to ensure successful user experience.
• Drive user engagement and daily active users through improved UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, or related field.
• Proficiency with UX software such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to design complete user experiences meeting detailed team requirements.
• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
