TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing front-line support by responding to customer queries and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure the software operates as expected with an accent on liaising between the development team and customers. Focus on supporting customer-facing teams with technical aspects of deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient product operation for clients.

Location: Hybrid, New York Office

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do

  • Respond to support requests raised in the hirify.global Customer Portal.
  • Explain software features and help customers maximize platform utilization.
  • Ensure the product runs smoothly and efficiently for clients.
  • Liaise between the development team and customers to resolve issues.
  • Support customer-facing teams with technical deployment aspects.
  • Participate in on-call weekend shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An understanding of general networking and technologies is desirable.
  • Experience in technical customer support and incident response is an advantage.
  • Tenacious, driven, and ambitious.
