What you will do

• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to design and evolve a scalable microservices data platform.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and testing.
• Deliver high-quality code following SOLID principles, TDD, and clean code standards.
• Leverage cloud and continuous delivery environments to accelerate value delivery.
• Provide creative solutions to complex problems ensuring robustness and performance under high load.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and product ideation processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work setup.
• Strong experience (4+ years) with PHP, JavaScript, and React at scale.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals including data structures, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, clean code, SOLID principles, and unit testing/TDD.
• Experience with cloud platforms and continuous delivery environments.
• Good communication and mentoring skills; team player mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance development.
• Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI-driven solutions in software workflows.
