What you will do

• Provide guidance on system architecture aligning technical direction with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless software delivery and agile process participation.
• Break down complex tasks and distribute work effectively within the team.
• Integrate AI tools throughout development lifecycle and build AI API integrations with compliance and security.
• Participate in on-call rotation supporting the "you build it, you run it" culture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Spain to work remotely
• 3+ years experience with Angular, Typescript, JavaScript or Node.js.
• 3+ years experience with AWS technologies.
• 2+ years experience integrating AI tools into production software workflows.
• Proven ability to mentor others on AI development practices and knowledge of AI compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years AI/ML experience with expertise in machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, or large-scale deployment.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS or Azure and source code repositories such as Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and performance tuning for high-scale systems.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital advertising.
