What you will do

• Contribute to RentalReady, a Property Management Software built with Python/Django and React.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end features, such as redesigning office edit pages.
• Develop new UI/UX features in close collaboration with the back-end team.
• Work on the end-to-end money flow, from guest payment collection to host payouts.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Python / Django.
• Strong skills in CSS and JavaScript (React is a big plus).
• Experience working within a product-driven team.
• Familiarity with pull request reviews and collaborative workflows.
• English: Fluency required.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
