Focus on supporting project implementations, testing software, and assisting in defining processes and procedures to ensure system integrity and customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid, Manchester office. You'll spend 3-4 days per week in the office. For new team members, the first 3 months will be spent full-time in the office

Salary: £25,400 (depending on financial services experience)

What you will do

• Assist in setting up various asset types across the platform.
• Maintain static data and ensure all assets are priced accurately.
• Action ad-hoc fund conversions at the request of clients.
• Ensure Programme Trades are run and perform as expected.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure delivery of customer service and consumer outcomes.
• Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades through testing of software and assisting with the definition of processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly accurate work with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• IT literate; confident with Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in a financial services administration role (ideally stockbroking or banking) is desirable.
