What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
  • Drive go-to-market excellence, overseeing market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
  • Develop data-driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in-depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure hirify.global stays ahead of the competition.
  • Steer high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.

Requirements

  • Growth mindset & agility.
  • 10+ years of experience in traditional finance, payments, DeFi, or crypto (required).
  • 5+ years of experience leading a product marketing function with demonstrated progression in a B2B organization (required).
  • Track record of impact with a history of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Deep understanding of platform services businesses, with the ability to navigate and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders at all levels.
