What you will do

  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and growth paths.
  • Lead cross-functionally to enable alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and business impact.
  • Streamline processes to improve execution and customer outcomes.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to support high-priority issues and escalations.

Requirements

  • 10 years in a pre- or post-sale SaaS role, with broad experience across the customer lifecycle.
  • 5+ years experience managing customer and internal projects in the SaaS and/or security space.
  • 5+ years in building and leading teams, including coaching and performance development.
  • Proven track record in successful implementations and enabling cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and implementation tooling and customer communication systems.

Nice to have

  • Personal experience with hirify.global or another password manager.
