Location: Remote - United States. This role is 100% remote for candidates based in EST or CST only

• Engineer solutions for cloud-based systems.
• Provision and manage resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Provide in-depth technical support for a global, multi-region environment.
• Share your knowledge to elevate your teammates’ skill sets.
• Provide support for tickets escalated through the Helpdesk.
• Bring a security-first approach to everything.

Requirements

• Engineering and operations experience with AWS.
• Advanced experience with Linux system administration.
• Ability to write and maintain complex Terraform and Ansible code.
• Scripting experience (preferably Python and Shell).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with git & GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AWS Organizations.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes solutions.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting web services.
