Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Help customers understand hirify.global's value during sales processes
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions
• Document use cases and contribute to ecosystem content development
• Work remotely across multiple time zones with occasional duties outside standard hours

Requirements

• Must live in Germany
• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
• Background in sales engineering, professional or consulting services
• Proficiency with Linux and working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex
• Fluent English and German speaking and writing skills
• Ability to travel up to 40% within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
